English is my favorite class because I really love to write. English has helped me perfect my writing abilities.

What do you like best about living in Artesia?
My favorite thing about living in Artesia is Friday night football games.

When you graduate from high school, what do you plan to do?
When I graduate from high school, I plan to go to college to become a diagnostic sonographer.

If you could give one piece of advice to younger students, what would it be?
If I could give one piece of advice to younger students, it would be that it WILL get easier! Don't worry about one test grade, just focus on moving forward!

When you grow up, what do you hope to be?
When I grow up, I hope to be an ultrasound technician.

If you could thank anyone in your life, who would you thank and why?
I would thank my parents and my older brother. They have influenced me academically and helped me become the person that I am today.

My favorite class is AP chemistry because it's a class that challenges me.

I love the people in Artesia! They're all very friendly and welcoming.

Go to college!

If you could give one piece of advice to younger students, what would it be?
Don't procrastinate! If you can, start your projects and assignments early so you aren't stressing later on.

When you grow up, what do you hope to be?
A pharmacist

If you could thank anyone in your life, who would you thank and why?
I would thank my parents! They've been my biggest supporters throughout my life and pushed me to do my best.

I like how small it is, because it makes it easy for me to navigate.

I plan to go to college and learn animation.

If you could give one piece of advice to younger students, what would it be?
Don't quit just because it's too hard; the harder you work on something, the more significant the end result will be.

When you grow up, what do you hope to be?
I hope to be an animator either for a studio or do independent work.

If you could thank anyone in your life, who would you thank and why?
My choir teacher, Mrs. Granger, because she has done a good job at making the choir room a comfortable place.

What is your favorite thing about Artesia High School?
My favorite thing about Artesia High School is definitely the people. I love the relationships I've built with my students, coworkers, and athletes. It really does feel like a little family, and I love getting to be a part of so many different things here.

What is one thing that you would like all of the students at Artesia High School to know/learn?
At the end of the day, who you are as a person matters so much more than a grade. You probably won't remember everything you learned in high school, but the kind of person you choose to be is something that will stick with you forever. Be good people.
